To set up access to the intranet:

  • Go to apsc.share.ubc.ca/mech
  • In the box that pops up, enter your CWL login information
  • If you have not yet been granted access, you will be redirected to an online form. (If you already have access you will be taken directly to the Intranet site and no further steps are necessary.) Enter your reason for requesting access and click Send.
  • If you are a faculty or staff member, you will be approved within a few days. Note that only faculty and staff members will be granted permission to access this site.

Once approved, you will be able to access the Intranet by logging in with your CWL at apsc.share.ubc.ca/mech.
